PACKETS of sausages are shrinking due to surging pork prices.
Kerry Foods has cut its Richmond Thick Sausages from 16 to 14, but kept the £2.50 price.

The pack weight has fallen by 91 grams to 634.
A £3.50 pack of 28 thick sausages has been cut to 24 bangers, a drop of 181 grams.
And £2 Richmond Skinless Sausages are 50g lighter at 426g.

Kerry Foods has also cut packs of sliced ham by 40 grams to 160 grams, without altering the £2.50 price tag.
Pork prices were up 30 per cent earlier this month — at their highest since 2014.
A Kerry spokesman said: “We have previously absorbed these rising commodity costs.”
